Manager functions present in cem4 allow copying, duplication, revision of entities and documents (Manifacturers, Projects, Technical File, Standards, Hazards, Sections, other).
Being copied or revised, a window appears showing progress of the process.
In the event that you choose the full copy, the window will present a progress bar related entities and the copy of the documents (projects, machinery, documents) that belong to the company selected.
At the end of the process, if you choose to make a single copy, window of properties of the item copied to permit the modification of the data immediately.
Manage - Copy Manufacturer
With this function creates a copy of the selected Manufacturer.
Manufacturer enter Manage Mode.
Copy Manufacturer and Projects: in addition to the personal details of the company CEM4 also makes an identical copy of all projects that belong to the Manufacturer selected.
In this case you get a copy with the same content as the original.
Manage - Copy Project
With this function you can create one or more copies of the selected project.
Manufacturer enter Manage Mode.
There are two possible ways to copy.
1. Copy Project within the same Manufacturer:
With this option CEM4 make an identical copy of the project (including machines contained therein) within the same company.
2. Copy Project another Manufacturer:
With this mode, you can specify which Manufacturer copying projects, how many copies do and even if you copy machinery contained or not.
Manage - Copy Machinery
With this function you can create one or more copies of the selected machinery.
There are three possible ways to copy.
Enter Manage Mode Machineries.
1. New review:
CEM4 makes a copy of the machinery and all its documents by increasing the revision number.
2. A copy machinery within the same project:
With this option cen4 makes an identical copy of the machinery (including the documents contained within it) within the same project to which they belong.
3. Copy machinery in another project:
With this mode, you can specify which project to copy the machinery, how many copies do and whether to copy the documents.
The project may also belong to other Manufacturer.
If you try to make a copy of a line, the system asks if you want to copy to any machine components inside the line.
If yes, copying a single machinery component in a New Project, the new copy will become a traditional machinery.
Manage - Copy document (Risk Assessment)
With this function you can create one or more copies of the Risk Assessment selected.
There are three possible ways to copy.
Enter Manage Mode.
1. Copy within the same risk assessment:
cem4 performs an identical copy of the assessment within the same board or inside of another requirement of the same document.
2. Copy to another Risk Assessment:
cem4 allows you to choose a different risk assessment of the machinery in which the evaluation copy, you can specify the number of copies.
3. Copy to another machine:
cem4 with this mode, you can specify which machine and at what rating to copy, you can specify the number of copies.
Manage - Copy EC Declaration of Conformity
With this function you can create one or more copies of the EC Declaration of Conformity selected.
There are three possible ways to copy.
Entry Mode Manage.
1. New review:
cem4 makes a copy of the analysis with his cards and increases the revision number.
2. Copy on the same machine:
With this option em4 makes an identical copy of the analysis including its content within the same machinery belong.
3. Copy on another machinery:
With this mode, you can specify which copy machine analysis, how many copies do and whether to also copy the contents.
The car selection may belong to other projects.
Manage - Copy document CE marking
With this function you can create one or more copies of the CE marking selected.
There are three possible ways to copy.
Entry Mode Manage.
1. New review:
cem4 makes a copy of the analysis with his cards and increases the revision number.
2. A copy document on the same machine:
With this option cem4 makes an identical copy document including its content within the same machine belong.
3. A copy document on another machine:
With this mode, you can specify which copy machinery assessment, how many copies do and whether to also copy the contents.
The car selection may belong to other projects.
